Ki Ingersol represents companies, investors and individuals in connection with business, financing and real estate matters. Mr. Ingersol advises clients in connection with corporate formation, corporate finance, federal and state securities laws, loan transactions, acquisitions, sales, succession planning, and winding down operations. Mr. Ingersol’s current clients include small, medium and large businesses, investment funds, and individuals. Mr. Ingersol was formerly an investment banker in the agricultural, food processing and renewable energy industries. Mr. Ingersol has also been an entrepreneur, having co-founded companies that raised venture and private equity capital.

• Represents companies in connection with corporate formation, corporate governance and financing matters.

• Represents clients in connection with mergers & acquisitions, including stock purchases, asset acquisitions, bulk sales, spin-offs and buy-sell agreements.

• Reviews contracts, agreements and other documents for employers and other business owners.

• Advises funds, investment partnerships and companies in connection with transaction terms, and federal and state securities laws.

• Negotiates and drafts real estate purchase agreements, sale agreements, “ag” leases, and commercial leases.

• Serves as outside general counsel to emerging companies, providing advice concerning all aspects of business operations and corporate governance.

• Develops family and business succession strategies and prepares appropriate documentation, including limited partnership agreements, limited liability companies, operating agreements, and agreements among shareholders and tenants in common.

• Board member for the Berkeley Chess School.

• In his spare time Mr. Ingersol enjoys travel and photography.
