Kathleen Abdallah is of counsel with the firm.  Her practice includes mediation, litigation, business governance and creditor’s rights.  Ms. Abdallah also has experience in appellate work.  Ms. Abdallah’s litigation practice focuses on business disputes, contracts, real property issues and elder abuse.  She represents San Joaquin Valley agricultural, winery and real estate businesses, receivers and referees, contractors, as well as local and national lending institutions.  She has trial experience in corporate and partnership disputes, and real property and contract issues.  She also has extensive experience in creditor’s rights including writs, extraordinary pre-judgment and post-judgment remedies, and represents creditors in bankruptcy court.  Ms. Abdallah represents clients in the formation and sale of businesses.  Ms. Abdallah is a trained mediator and is a member of the San Joaquin County Superior Court mediator panel.
